Elton Chan was appointed Director of Jardine Matheson Limited and chief executive of Jardine Pacific in April 2024. He oversees the portfolio of Jardine Pacific businesses, guiding their growth strategies and plans. He is also a director of Zhongsheng Group Holdings Limited.

Having first joined the Group in 2004, Mr Chan has worked in a range of senior management roles across Jardines. He was previously chief executive of Jardine Schindler Group and managing director of Zung Fu China.

Mr Chan holds a Bachelor Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong. He also completed the General Management Programme at Harvard Business School and is an associate of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
