The course is designed to meet the above mentioned needs to ensure that participants will acquire the practical and “how-to” skills to design and conduct tailor-made training and development programmes for their staff. The course also provides participants with an open forum to share the ways of developing different training and development strategies including customer service development, business process re-engineering and the latest training trends in corporations.
