Overview
In an interview conducted by Charlie Ross of Bloomberg, selecting and putting the right people in the right jobs was identified as the most important leadership role among 3 other roles identified. Having the right people handling the jobs will help to create company value while the wrong people stifle growth at best, but more likely, will destroy company value.
This workshop will examine a number of factors relating to the job nature, employee personalities, capabilities, and work situations when matching the right people for the right jobs. The program provides tools and guidance to help participants make the right decision.
