Overview

This seminar provides an overview of an ESG framework and how it supports a company’s overall risk management. The seminar also discusses how to look at corporate challenges, and stakeholder expectations, and their impact on risk identification and business opportunities. Lastly, the seminar will look at key considerations from investor perspectives, before applying theory to practice in a final case study.

Seminar Leader

Lisa is a senior executive with over 15 years’ international experience at top investment banks, asset managers, multinational corporates. She obtained her Masters’ degrees at Warwick Business School and Lancaster University Management School. Lisa specialises in the securities and derivatives industry, with particular expertise in cross-asset structuring&trading, wealth management and strategic business transformation. Lisa started her professional career in the City of London, also gained valuable experience in Singapore, Frankfurt and mostly in Hong Kong.

Lisa is an expert of the traditional financial assets (Equities, Fixed Income, Credit, Foreign Exchange and Commodities) and the derivatives products. She also pioneered with leading environmentalists and traders in global Carbon Emissions trading when the EU Cap and Trade scheme started more than a decade ago. Lisa was a key member of global Carbon Neutral projects with Clinton Initiatives, UN emission reduction projects. She actively participated in global conferences of international cooperation on Climate Change. Over the years, Lisa works with various corporate partners, researchers on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors in structured finance solutions and investment management.
