Overview
Sustainability focuses on meeting our own needs, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainability does not only equate to environmental-ism, but considers the economy and society as well. This course is divided into (1) two compulsory modules and (2) five elective modules. Participants are required to choose three modules from the electives. The compulsory modules aim to equip participants with an in-depth knowledge about Sustainable Finance, ESG, and SDGs, whereas the elective modules allow participants to dig deeper into relevant topics that suit their needs.
Objectives
- Explain what SDGs and ESG are
- Recognise the urgency and importance of Sustainable Finance
- Have a better understanding of the ESG market and its impact on the financial sector
