Theorising about Managerial Experiences and Practices

A DBA programme provides a journey to students with plenty valuable learning opportunities to theorise about their managerial experiences and practices. Dr. Eddie Yu is an experienced academic and currently a module lecturer and supervisor of the DBA programme at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in Hong Kong. In this session, he will introduce a simple theoretical framework that students are able to systematically reflect on their experiences and practices in managing people and organisations. Alongside with the domains of the framework, students are able to analyse what did they do right or wrong with established management theories. The learning process helps develop students to become holistic leaders.
