All participating organizations must submit the online Entry Form.

NGOs and NPOs must provide supporting documents to verify NGO or NPO status.

Submission of Write-up
Deadline: Monday, 9 January 2023

Submissions may be in English or Chinese and should cover all Judging Criteria.

Innovative Organizations Awards

• A written summary of the innovative initiative, 4 pages maximum (any information provided by outward link(s) will only be treated as supplementary information that may or may not be reviewed by examiners/judges).
• A related video, 3 minutes maximum (optional)

1st Round Judging
13 January 2023 - 13 February 2023

The Panel of Judges will conduct an initial screening and propose the top 15 finalists and Excellence Awards amongst all the entries.

The Panel of Judges may request site visits, as deemed necessary.

Final Judging
Late March 2023

All finalists will be interviewed by the Panel of Judges. The Judges will decide on the winners of all the awards. The Panel of Judges may request site visits, as deemed necessary.

Sharing Seminar
Mid May 2023

All finalists are requested to present their innovative initiatives at the Sharing Seminar which is open to the public.

Award Presentation Ceremony
Late June 2023

All the results of the Award will be announced at the Award Presentation Ceremony.
