One-day Workshop on "Beyond Just Chat : Building AI Agents with OpenClaw"

Overview

INTRODUCTION

This workshop explores the emerging concept of AI agents and how they can assist professionals in performing tasks, gathering information, and automating everyday work.

Instead of focusing on AI purely as a conversational tool, the course introduces the idea of AI systems that can interact with digital tools, retrieve information, and help coordinate tasks. These systems, commonly referred to as AI agents, represent an important new direction in the development of practical AI applications.

AI agents can work individually or together in agent workflows, coordinating activities such as gathering information, monitoring updates, and assisting with routine tasks. Participants will be introduced to the OpenClaw platform, which enables AI agents to connect with information sources and communication channels.

Through demonstrations and guided exercises, the workshop will show how AI agents can support activities such as research, monitoring information, and assisting with daily tasks.

No coding or technical background is required. The workshop focuses on understanding and experimenting with AI agents from a practical business perspective.

Participants will build and experiment with their own working AI agent prototype during the workshop, allowing them to see how an agent can perform tasks such as gathering information, monitoring updates, and assisting with everyday work.
