Adverse Weather Arrangements - SW
Class arrangements as announced by the Education Bureau due to adverse weather conditions DO NOT apply to HKMA seminars / workshops. Under adverse weather conditions announced by The Hong Kong Observatory and/or extreme conditions announced by the Government, the following HKMA arrangements shall prevail:
(I) Before Seminars / Workshops Commencement:

| (i)When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / Extreme Conditions is in force / likely to be ISSUED | 1.At or after 7:00 am | Whole-day seminars / workshops that are held between 9:00am and 6:00pm will be cancelled1. |
| 2.At or after 12:00 noon | Afternoon seminars / workshops that are held between 2:00pm and 5:59pm will be cancelled1. | |
| 3.At or after 4:00 pm | Evening seminars / workshops that are held after 6:00 pm will be cancelled1. | |
| (ii)When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / Extreme Conditions is LOWERED | 1.At or before 7:00 am | All seminars / workshops will be held as scheduled. |
| 2.At or before 12:00 noon | Afternoon seminars / workshops from 2:00 pm or thereafter will be held as scheduled. | |
| 3.At or before 4:00 pm | Evening seminars / workshops from 6:00 pm or thereafter will be held as scheduled. | |
(II) Seminars / Workshops that have already started:
