Agility, Innovation, and Sustainability for Success


Introduction

The HKMA Institute of Advanced Management Development (AMD) invites participation in an immersive learning experience designed to explore the latest approaches to agility, innovation, sustainability, and strategic leadership. Participants will work with leading developers and practitioners, engage with leaders of forward-thinking and ESG-minded companies, and gain fresh insights into how leadership makes things work through people, as well as into the perspectives and possibilities for the future from the evolving dynamics of geopolitics and the world economy.

A well-balanced mix of lectures, workshops, visits, and interactive sessions with thought leaders, successful entrepreneurs and distinguished scholars will offer perspectives and connections of exceptional breadth and depth. The programme will appeal to leaders and executives seeking global impact and success in a fast-changing world, with a focus on creative and practical approaches to implementing innovation and sustainability strategies.

The 2026 Programme

The Programme will offer a well-balanced mix of activities, designed to provide participants with exceptional learning and networking opportunities. Apart from seminars and talks, the itinerary will include visits to innovation centres and companies, as well as cultural activities. A reception and dinner will be held on 7 September to welcome participants, followed by a formal college dinner on 11 September to conclude the programme.



Speakers

The programme will present a distinguished assembly of scholars from Cambridge Judge Business School and esteemed faculty from various departments at the University of Cambridge. This exceptional group will be joined by prominent business leaders, industry experts, and innovative entrepreneurs, all poised to share their invaluable insights and engage meaningfully with participants.

Visits

Participants will have valuable opportunities to visit some of the most important innovation centres and/or campuses in the city, where they can interact with resident entrepreneurs and gain insights from real-world success stories.

Cultural Activities

Participants will have the unique opportunity to join a guided walking tour of Cambridge, where expert commentary will shed insights into the historical value and conservation efforts of the city’s remarkable architecture and planning. Additional, a delightful punting experience on the serene River Cam, will add a touch of enjoyment to this captivating journey.

Accommodation and Facilities

Accommodation and seminars will be arranged at any available college within the University of Cambridge. In addition to the Welcome Dinner and Closing Dinner, complimentary breakfasts, lunches, and refreshments will be served throughout the programme.

The fee is inclusive of accommodation in a college of University of Cambridge, breakfasts and meals as described in the Programme Schedule. Participants are responsible for arranging their return air tickets to and from the UK and round-trip airport transfers.
Special Discount Rate at HK$40,800 for NGOs; and HK$42,800 for schools and past participants of the HKMA Global Innovation Award (Innovation Rising Stars Only)
