This seminar trains participants in the effective use of Dr Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats®
method based on a practical hands-on tool-learning approach. After going through the
course, participants will have learned how to:

• foster collaborative thinking and interaction by keeping egos in check
• promote comprehensive thinking so that people do not get limited by negative or critical approaches
• develop a framework that encourages diff erent ways of thinking and provides a more open,
  creative climate for discussion
• create parallel thinking to harness ideas from everyone in the organisation
• make time for creative thinking to develop alternative and innovative solutions
• reduce the adversarial interactions
• run more effective and productive meetings
• use the method as an effective mode of submitting reports
