As public relations has matured as a discipline, practitioners are more recognized for their strategic roles. Not only is the practice strategic in itself – the management of relationships between an organization and all its stakeholders – but public relations also has a key communication role within other management operations. The range of skills and types of people that practitioners have to juggle daily create the most challenging and exciting working environment among many industries. This programme is designed to offer a comprehensive picture of the role of public relations for practitioners and beginners.
