Overview
本課程主要目的在於使負責物業管理的人士對商業樓宇、住宅樓宇、工業樓宇、中型及小型屋苑等物業維修、保養及有關法例有更徹底及深入之瞭解，以便有更完善及全面地達到物業維修之目標。
完成本課程時，學員將能掌握到保養工程在物業管理上之重要性，並可對其職責及工作範圍把握得更得心應手。
本課程包括一系列堂課，修畢可獲證書。
Talent Development Fund
Talent Development Fund: Now open for application. Successful applicant will be awarded $3,000. (Applicants must meet the requirements of the scheme. Only new application of the programmes are accepted and students are not allowed to apply fund for programmes which are currently enrolled.)
