本課程透過管理個案分析及小組討論，協助學員了解工作間的人事管理難題，從而掌握實用的督導管理技巧。此外，課堂亦設多個面對上司和下屬的溝通情景，學員透過現場演說、角色扮演和導師回饋，改進個人用詞和表達技巧，提升溝通能力。

Talent Development Fund: Now open for application. Successful applicant will be awarded $3,000. (Applicants must meet the requirements of the scheme. Only new application of the programmes are accepted and students are not allowed to apply fund for programmes which are currently enrolled.)
