簡介

“A Taste of French Cheese” – at this masterclass, students will gain an understanding of the history and the development of the appellation of origin system for French cheese. Students will appreciate how different cheese making choices and techniques affect the style of cheese, including animal breed, milk treatment, seasonality, and ageing.

Introducing different families of French cheese, and how to construct an ideal cheese platter. Students will be guided through a tasting of 4 classic French cheeses, paired with 4 French wines.
