A successful trainer does not only have to know his subject well, but has to communicate effectively through a variety of communication skills. He has to be perceived as being professional. He has to help participants learn. He has to know the needs of his course participants and apply his skills accordingly. This course will cover both the conceptual and practical aspects of training, ranging from classroom skills, through effective planning of sessions to the identification of training needs and training evaluation.
