Overview
Design Thinking is a problem-solving methodology that has gained prominence in recent years due to its effectiveness in generating innovative solutions. It involves empathizing with the users, defining the problem, ideating potential solutions, prototyping, and testing.
NGOs face unique challenges that require creative and effective solutions. Design Thinking provides NGOs with a powerful tool to address these challenges by putting the needs of their service users at the center of the problem-solving process.
In this training, we will explore how NGOs can leverage Design Thinking to develop impactful solutions that are tailored to meet the needs of their service users. We will cover the key principles and tools of Design Thinking and provide hands-on exercises to enable participants to apply the methodology in their work following a step by-step approach.
