Workshop Leader
Ms Brenda Chan is seasoned HR professional, with over 20 years of practical experiences in human resource management. Her current corporate appointment as Managing Director with Master Ascent Limited plays a vital role to provide HR advisory services with focus on corporate HR Strategy, leadership development, talent acquisition, talent assessment, reward programs, and organization restructuring solution to clients. She has successfully completed HR consulting project on change management to review, propose, and develop: job grade and salary broad-banding, performance-linked rewards program, group HR policy manual, management assessment and coaching, contract and HR-related process for the China region of a US-listed China company in Hong Kong. She had also created synergy with Manpower Group, HK Productivity Council, and Career Times as their HR partner to organize and deliver HR programs.
