The programme aims at nurturing the new trainers to be professional learning and development trainers with “Holistic Learning and Development Professional Competences”. The programme will be delivered with a good mixture of pre-course reading, classroom learning, interactive activities such as sharing sessions, plus project.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, the Learning and Development Professionals will be able to:
- Design and implement a signature training and/or development programme connected to business/ organizational need;
- Design and implement a purposeful learning process and contents for the target group to meet the expected learning outcomes;
- Engage and inspire buy-in from diverse group of stakeholders;
- Facilitate and manage training programmes for different job levels and learning styles; and
- Evaluate effectiveness of the training programmes against the expected learning outcomes.

Learning and Development executives who have been engaged in human resources and/or training and development profession for LESS THAN FIVE (5) YEARS, and are providing training for staff members of their own organization, service providers and clients *.
* Pre-requisite: at least ONE (1) YEAR of relevant experience.
