Overview

INTRODUCTION

In today’s diverse and dynamic workplace, leaders are tasked with guiding teams that span multiple generations, each with unique values, communication styles, and expectations. This course, “Leading Across Different Generations,” is designed to equip people managers with the skills and insights needed to effectively lead and inspire a multigenerational workforce.

Throughout this course, we will explore the characteristics and motivations of different generational cohorts, including Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials/Generation Y, and Generation Z. By understanding the distinct perspectives and strengths that each generation brings to the table you will learn how to foster collaboration, enhance productivity, and create an inclusive work environment.
