Mr Fred Fung

Fred Fung is a certified master trainer and administrator in a wide range of assessments and training tools including DISC, WorkPlace BigFive, MBTI, Belbin Team Role, Team Management Profile, MHS assessment system. Fred has had experiences of 20 years in managing and developing training services for large-scale and multi-national corporations in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on psychometric assessment, team development, coaching & leadership, communication, motivation and corporate wellness. Before fully engaged in his training consultancy service, Fred was the regional head of learning & development function of a London-listed corporate that managed all the talent development functions across 20 cities in the Asia Pacific. Fred is keen on combining psychology, accelerated learning approach and assessment-based approach in experiential training for a wide range of scopes such as leadership development, motivation, change leadership and teambuilding.
