2023 marked the year of the rise of Generative AI (Gen AI) with more and more businesses integrating Gen AI such as ChatGPT to their business operation and product development. In this workshop, we will provide you with an overview of the most up-to-date legal and regulatory developments with regard to Gen AI in EU, China and Hong Kong. We will also be examining topics such as, EU AI Act, copyright law and Gen AI, data security & privacy related issues regarding Gen AI, Gen AI and contract law and other current topics of Gen AI.
