Overview

In this workshop, we will be providing you with an overview of the present VA regulatory developments in Hong Kong, such as, the SFC dual-licensing regime for Virtual Asset Trading Platforms (VATP), HKMA proposed Stablecoin Issuers regulatory regime, FSTB proposed Over-the-Counter (OTC) VA trading regulatory regime and tokenization issues.

We will also be covering some trending topics in VA space, such as, crypto ETFs, crypto payment solutions, Real World Assets (RWA) tokenization and Web 3.0 & DeFi developments.
