This course will take an in-depth look at digital strategies of PR, showcase the changing PR landscape in Hong Kong and give you practical tips on digital PR, content creation and influencer strategy. Apart from analyzing PR concepts such as campaign management, media, crisis, evaluation methods from a new perspective, updated topics on types of digital communication, social media, challenges for PR and tools for building image and managing reputation, as well as using paid, owned, earned and converged media will also be discussed. You will learn useful diagnostic framework to build reputation for your business.
