Day One
Lesson 1: Overview of the Design Sprint Methodology

Lesson 2: Discover the Comprehensive Needs of Users and Key Stakeholders

  • Formulate human-centered questions with AI for effective design research.
  • Conduct empathy interviews to deeply understand user experiences and emotions.
  • Employ sense-making techniques to uncover user values and norms.

Lesson 3: Define Critical Success Factors for Directing Innovation Projects

  • Use Persona mapping to analyze unmet, hidden, and potential user demands.
  • Transform user concerns into mutually beneficial innovation opportunities.
  • Prioritize innovation opportunities that align with corporate business objectives.

Lesson 4: Generate Innovative Solutions Addressing Major Customer Concerns

  • Apply co-creative ideation methods to develop multi-dimensional new ideas.
  • Foster breakthrough ideas using fresh perspectives and open-minded approaches.
  • Select ideas that balance user needs, business objectives, and ESG considerations.

 

Day Two
Lesson 5: Execute and Test the Initial Prototype in 2D

  • Construct a basic 2D prototype that integrates key features from identified solutions.
  • Conduct user testing to gather feedback on prototype performance and user experience.
  • Analyze test results to identify areas for further refinement.

Lesson 6: Develop and Assess the Second Prototype in 3D

  • Update the prototype’s hypothesis and value propositions based on user feedback.
  • Transition from 2D to 3D prototyping using various AI techniques.
  • Perform detailed user testing to evaluate the 3D prototype’s performance.

Lesson 7: Create and Evaluate Interactive Prototypes in the Third Round

  • Develop an interactive prototype to enhance dynamic user engagement.
  • Employ AI-powered testing methods to evaluate user interactions meticulously.
  • Synthesize feedback to refine the design in preparation for launch.

Lesson 8: Synthesize Feedback from Testing Phases and Strategize for Product Launch

  • Compile and analyze feedback across all prototyping phases.
  • Develop a comprehensive product improvement plan based on testing insights.
  • Design the action plan for further ideation and criteria for product launch.

Award of Certificate

A certificate of Design Sprint Training Course will be awarded to the participant who completes the course, including the following requirements:

  • Participate in all activities and complete all exercises
  • Absent unavoidably is accepted for not more than 1 aggregate hour per day
