Establish how a company thinks, acts, functions, and exercises corporate accountability.
- CX723: Metrics and Analysis

- CX724: Improvement and Design
Implement a continuous improvement process with innovative design that can be achieved at any level with the proper tools.
- CX725: Voice of the Customer and Intelligence

COURSE STRUCTURE
- Online study and self-paced; English course materials will be provided online
- Learn and review material at your own pace and schedule
- Upon successful enrolment, learners will be granted 6 months of access to online modules and the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS™) certification exam
- Pass the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS™) exam with a score of 80% or higher
CERTIFICATION
After completing the 5 modules and passing the online certification examination, learners will be awarded the Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)™ certificate issued by CX University, USA.

- For reimbursement of the HK$100 coupon, eligible students should send the confirmation email to HKMA (enrol@hkma.org.hk) within six months of successful course registration and payment. Reimbursement will not be accepted after the six-month study period.
