Certificate Course on Management Accounting - Budgeting and Planning

This course aims to provide participants with an understanding on how to perform financial analysis and planning for making business decisions. It will focus on analytical skills and tools for financial statement analysis in assessing the companies’ financial position and performance. In addition, the course will focus on core knowledge of conceptual framework of financial management in an effective and logical manner; quantify benefits in the future under fundamental assumptions such as forecast cash flows in the appraisal of capital projects and justify decisions on investment so as to ensure that the investment and financing commitment secured over a relatively long period of time add value/wealth to the company.
