Overview
AI in marketing is the use of customer data, machine learning and computational techniques to explain customer behaviour and predict action. It can take on an overwhelming amount of data which poses challenges in handling and interpretation. Nowadays, AI systems work on the background of popular products and services such as Google, Youtube, Amazon and Tao Bao. In the past few years, AI has paved its way deeper into marketing, helping brands to enhance every step of the customer journey. Even now AI can provide nature language processing and provide smart answers to questions.
The course showcases several machine learning techniques to solve common marketing problems, including web data scraping, customer segmentation, purchase pattern analysis, trend detection, text data analysis and sentiment detection. This course covers the use of AI Chatbots, Robotic Process Automation and Python programming language in solving modern marketing problems.
The course focuses on both theory and hands-on practical work. Full working examples are provided for all examples given. At the end of the course, participants are expected to use AI tools to solve problems in marketing.
