Overview
Overview Digital transformation is the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, fundamentally changing how you operate and deliver value to customers. It’s also a cultural change that requires organizations to continually challenge the status quo, experiment, and get comfortable with failure. The seminar will be divided into three sessions with heavyweight speakers and brands sharing unique insights and practical strategies on how digital transformation deal with uncertainties.

KC Fung provides technology leadership and vision to help define go-to-market strategy and provides advice on the right solution for customers’ digital transformation.
KC Fung is a seasoned IT veteran with more than 30 years of industry experience.
Prior to working for HPE HK, he was the Head of IT Planning & Strategy for the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) where he led the team responsible for IT planning, innovation and technology strategy to make Hong Kong International Airport a Smart Airport.
Before that, he was the Global Services Director for EMC Hong Kong and subsequently East China (based in Shanghai). He also held senior technical and management positions for multinational enterprises such as Sun Microsystems, Scotiabank and Dow Chemical located in Hong Kong and Canada.
He is particularly strong in systems architecture and his latest focus is in digital transformation and innovation management.
KC graduated from the University of Hong Kong and Macquarie University in Australia. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society (http://www.hkcs.org.hk) as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Institute for IT Professional Certification (http://www.hkitpc.org).
He is also a co-chairman of the Digital Transformation Committee for Hong Kong Society of Rehabilitation (http://www.rehabsociety.org.hk), providing advices for the Society in digital transformation of rehabilitation services.

Kerry Peirse, General Manager of IT Infrastructure, Operations and Security at Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, is a key member of the Information Technology leadership team responsible Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture, Service and Operations Management and IT Risk and Security.
Prior to joining the Infrastructure, Operations and Security Team, Kerry managed the governance, reporting and process requirements for IT project delivery in the Enterprise Programme Management Office.
Kerry has over 25 years of international experience in the area of IT Strategy and Management, Consulting, Programme Management, Service Delivery, and Account Management across both the vendor and client landscape.
Ms Susanna Shen

Ir. Susanna Shen has over 30 years of experience in Information Technology. She was appointed as the Head of Information Technology in The Hong Kong & China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) in 2005. Before taking up this role, she was the Chief Operating Officer of iCare.com Limited, previously a subsidiary business of Towngas. The IT team under Susanna’s leadership is responsible for providing Towngas Group’s IT services and solutions to support the business mission of Towngas and its subsidiaries as well as its Mainland businesses.
Susanna is serving in several Advisory committees in the public sector and also in various advisory panels, universities and professional bodies. She has been the Chairperson of CIO Board – HK Computer Society since 2017. She has got various awards in her career tenure e.g. HK CIO Awards 2017 (Large Enterprise).

Tony is the Head of Information Technology at Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited with over 25 years of experience delivering information technology solutions. Prior to joining Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited , he worked in several listed companies as the IT lead with a focus on digital transformation in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Tony is well experienced in improving the user experiences for both employees and customers by advancing Information Technology systems. He has worked closely with the world’s leading IT vendors to implement strategic plans for enhanced operational capabilities. Most recently, Tony has improved efficiency and long term sustainability at DCH through the implementation of a new digital workplace platform, engaging over 7,000 users.
Mr Eric Moy

Mr. Moy is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategies, and interacting with clients, employees, investors and other stakeholders. He is KBQuest’s primary decision- and policy-maker, setting the tone for the company’s values, ethics and culture. He has served on the company since 2000 and leads KBQuest’s Leadership Committee.
Mr. Moy exemplifies KBQuest’s commitment to helping its clients achieve Digital Transformation with 3As (AI, Analytics, Automation) and 2Cs (Cloud and Cybersecurity) Technologies. He is a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding teams and a disciplined focus on operations and execution.
In his 20-year career with KBQuest, Mr. Moy has held a wide variety of leadership positions across key parts of KBQuest’s business. Prior to becoming CEO in 2015, he was group managing director of KBQuest Professional Services group, which serves clients in banking, insurances, utilities, and public sectors. Mr. Moy is also a member of Hong Kong Computer Society, Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Hong Kong Software Outsourcing Alliance and PRINCE2 certified professional. Mr. Moy is also a frequent speaker at international technology and management conferences.

Prof John Bacon-Shone
Director of the Social Sciences Research Centre
The University of Hong Kong
Professor John Bacon-Shone has taught at The University of Hong Kong for forty years and been Director of the Social Sciences Research Centre since 1990. He is an applied statistician, was the Dean of Social Sciences from 1990-1996 and has been Associate Director of the Knowledge Exchange Office at the University of Hong Kong since its creation in 2009, where he has been responsible for developing and implementing the university strategy for knowledge exchange. His research interests include statistical computing, survey methodology, compositional data, biostatistics, gambling, data archiving, privacy, sociolinguistics, open data and policy research and he was responsible for introducing Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing to Hong Kong.
