Overview
In facing the challenges and opportunities of recruiting, developing and retention, the performance management is one of the process to provide a platform for managers to communicate with their subordinates to review what they did well and what are the areas for quality improvement for their performance in the coming year. During the COVID 19 and the Migration Wave, it is more challenging to retain and attract young generations to join the workforce. Performance Management is also an effective method to motivate their subordinates, recognize their contributions as well as foster professional development and career growth. Motivation management can also increase energy and passion of subordinates to excel themselves towards the key performance indicators. It can also help organizations to increase effectiveness and efficiency to serve their clients.
