Overview
Change management is a collective term for all approaches to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change. Drivers of change may include the ongoing evolution of technology, internal reviews of processes, crisis response, customer demand changes, competitive pressure, acquisitions and mergers, and organizational restructuring.
Organizations need to be able to adapt to different market conditions and customer needs—and it seems as though those kinds of changes are happening every day. When an organization isn’t flexible, another business will swoop in and take those customers—and those profits—away. Most leaders today recognise the ever-present element of change. Change in the workplace is a way of life. Yet few leaders are able to successfully create effective change in their teams, divisions, and organisations.
In this interactive workshop featuring practical simulation exercises, you’ll learn how to master change leadership. Learn critical concepts and practices, a solid change process and tools, and a set of tips and techniques that allow you to move beyond change.
