Innovation is the core, an act of discovery, in which we must embrace the uncertainty of the environment, exploring it for opportunities with entrepreneurship. Purposeful, systemic innovation begins with the analysis of opportunities. The search must be organized and conducted on a regular basis.

This workshop, targeting executives and managers, is to equip participants with practical knowledge in innovation management.
