To be a Lawyer" Taster Programme for Law Study "

This programme will give you a glimpse of what it’s like to be a lawyer. You will have a chance to talk to legal professionals and professors and find out about related careers.

Upon completion of the programme, you will:

• Understand routes to become Lawyers in HK, England and Wales, and the US
• Understand career opportunities in the law industry
• Understand the role and responsibilities of a barrister/ solicitor

• Writing Personal Statement
• Student/Alumni Sharing

Day 4: Lecture & Optional Activity*

• Introduction to Criminal Law/Criminology
• Talk from Pantheon Chambers – A day in the life of barrister/ solicitor*

Day 5: Lecture

• Learn to present like a pro and introduction to mooting
• Certificate Ceremony
