Overview
This workshop will introduce a number of contemporary positive psychology knowledge and models, such as Psychological Capital, Growth Mindset, GRIT (Perseverance and Passion for Long-Term Goals), Character Strengths, and PERMA (Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment). We will examine the implication and application of different models in daily life and work to achieve long term success.

Programme Leader
Mr Chris Chan is a training award winner with over 20 years of people and organizational development in MNCs. He held senior learning and development positions in AIA, SmarTone Telecommunications, China Construction Bank (Asia) and Hang Seng Bank, etc. He is also a Registered (Industrial & Organizational) Psychologist, and a Chartered Psychologist (UK).
Chris applied the contemporary psychology like positive and behavioral psychology to conduct courses for 1,000 executives and sales managers with positive feedback in leading others & business effectively. He has been coaching a considerable number of talent staff in winning awards by local and overseas organizations. These awards include but not limited to Excellence in Training Award, Distinguished Trainer Award, Distinguished Sales Award, Best Financial Planner Award, and Service & Courtesy Award, etc.
