Mr Chris Chan is a training award winner with over 20 years of people and organizational development in MNCs. He held senior learning and development positions in AIA, SmarTone Telecommunications, China Construction Bank (Asia) and Hang Seng Bank, etc. He is also a Registered (Industrial & Organizational) Psychologist, and a Chartered Psychologist (UK).

Chris applied the contemporary psychology like positive and behavioral psychology to conduct courses for 1,000 executives and sales managers with positive feedback in leading others & business effectively. He has been coaching a considerable number of talent staff in winning awards by local and overseas organizations.
