In this workshop, we will be providing you with an overview of the types of IT & Tech contracts (e.g. MSA, SOW, T&C and TOS etc.). We will be covering software licenses and cloud service contracts. We will also be going through the General Clauses, Boilerplate Clauses and Prime Clauses, e.g., covering warranties, indemnity, limit of liability, data management & privacy clause, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) etc.

We will also be covering some special topics such as, IP clause, open-source software license, clickwrap and e-commerce policies.
