Accounting and Finance Workshop For Non-Financial Managers

Financial information can be intimidating for people who do not have to number crunch on a daily basis. At the same time, the decisions non-financial managers take have a bearing on the business entity’s overall financial performance. This workshop is designed to explain the key concepts of finance, including the tools and techniques like ratio analysis, budgeting, and some finance forecasting techniques, break it down to make finance appetizing for non-financial managers and give them a financial voice and help them in taking business decisions.
