簡介
In this workshop, we will be providing you with an overview of EU AI Act, China AI regulations and HK AI developments and the main AI compliance & legal requirements, such as, territorial scope, risk categorization, data labelling rules, data training & privacy issues, IP-related issues and enforcement & penalties.
We will also be covering some practical aspects of AI compliance, such as, drafting In-house AI Policy, performing AI Risk Assessment, performing Third-Party Risk Assessment (TPRA), drafting Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and commercialization of AI solutions & products.
We will also deep dive into specific current topics, such as, AI DevOps and B2B AI-related contractual & IP issues.
