Workshop on Legal Knowledge and Skills for Executives - Sports Law

Provide executives with insights into the legal environment of sports and sporting events in Hong Kong.

Governance of sports bodies and associations, contractual issues such as player agreements, sponsorship and broadcasting rights, liability and risk management in sporting events, intellectual property and branding in sports including merchandising, trademarks and image rights.

Executives will learn how to navigate legal risks in sports management, sponsorship and event organization.
