Participating Procedure

Before Friday, 9 February 2024, please complete the Nomination Form and return it together with the registration fee of HK$2,000 (HKMA member) or HK$2,800 (non-HKMA member) for each participant to the HKMA. You can also fill in the nomination form through our online platform. For enquires, please call:

Before Friday, 8 March 2024, each company is to submit a summary on :
- the performance of each nominee
- stating why this particular salesperson is being nominated
- Opinion on the theme of 56th DSA - Forged in Righteousness (秉道 • 百煉！)
- Short passage on the product/services to be sold in interview session
- Color passport–sized photo through our online platform.
- The participation fee (HK$7,500 (HKMA member) or HK$8,300 (non-HKMA member) for each DSA / OYSA nominee) is to be submitted at this stage.
- On Saturday, 20 April 2024, nominees for DSA/OYSA will have to attend an interview conducted by the Panel of Judges.
- On Wednesday, 31 July 2024, all awardees will have to attend a Presentation Ceremony to be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre where awardees will receive their trophies for the DSA and the OYSA.
