64th Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Management Association

The Hong Kong Management Association held its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, 3 July 2025. At the Council Meeting held immediately after the Annual General Meeting, Prof Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges GBS JP, Chief Executive Officer, The Hong Kong Jockey Club was re-elected Chairman of the Association. Mr S K Cheong, Vice Chairman, Hong Kong Television Entertainment Co Ltd and Chairman, Hong Kong Economic Journal Co Ltd, Mr T K Chiang, Chief Executive Officer, CLP Holdings Ltd and Prof Randy Lai, CEO, McDonald’s Hong Kong were re-elected as Deputy Chairmen. “Although Hong Kong continued to face significant economic challenges, with the most devoted support of our partners, sponsors and members, the HKMA has successfully accomplished our goals in 2024, marking significant progress across various areas”, said Prof Winfried Engelbrecht-Bresges.

The following ten Council Members were elected or re-elected at the Annual General Meeting:
