置業、出租物業或參與大廈管理，往往涉及繁複的法律條文，本課程旨在以深入淺出的形式，介紹香港土地與物業管理的相關法律事宜，包括香港的司法制度、解決爭議方法、業主與租客關係、物業轉讓過程、大廈管理等等，授課內容將結合最新法例與法庭案例，讓學員在短時間內掌握相關課題的法律核心。
目標
完成本課程後，學員將能：
- 了解香港土地與物業管理的方面的核心條文。
- 分析買賣雙方、業主租客與法團等各方權利與義務。
- 認清香港司法制度，並學會考慮透過不同渠道解決物業糾紛，保障自身法律權益。
