AWARD ENTRY

Eligibility for Entry

Any company or organization listed in Hong Kong, or with its registered office or a principal place of business in Hong Kong is eligible to enter the competition. (The Hong Kong Management Association reserves the right to decide on eligibility for entry.)

Entry Requirements

Participating companies or organizations are required to submit the below documents:

Best Annual Reports Awards

  1. A completed online entry form
  2. Electronic copy of the latest published annual report and financial statements of the company or organization in respect of any financial year ended in either 2023 or during 2024
  3. 4 hard copies of the full English / Bilingual annual reports and financial statements
  4. 2 hard copies of Chinese version of full annual reports and financial statements (if applicable)
  5. A paragraph of 100 words maximum as a supplementary document highlighting the special areas which they have done particularly well and have shown significant improvements (optional for nomination for Judges’ Special Award)

Special Awards for ESG Reporting

  1. A completed online entry form
  2. Electronic copy of the latest issued ESG / Sustainability / CSR Report
  3. 4 hard copies of the English / Bilingual ESG / Sustainability / CSR Report (if applicable)
  4. 2 hard copies of Chinese version of ESG / Sustainability / CSR Report (if applicable)

For those companies or organizations whose balance sheet date is 31 March 2023 or later, the latest published annual report and financial statements must be submitted by 12 July 2024, but the completed Entry Form must be submitted by 5 July 2024.

*A bundle discount of $300 will be offered to each participating organization for joining both Best Annual Reports Awards and Special Awards for ESG Reporting.

* Participation fee will be waived for small size entries under "Non-profit Making and Charitable Organizations" Category with no more than 250 full-time employees.
