Overview
Many companies in Hong Kong are currently facing rapid changes in the business environment, and they have to ensure that their staff members have the requisite competences and appropriate attitude to cope with the escalating customers expectations. Training and human resources development are proven to have a substantial impact on improving staff members’ overall performance. Successful companies as measured by growth in profit, growth in market share, return on investment, labour turnover, etc. are frequently found to be those with judged investment in people. This Course is designed to meet the above-mentioned needs to ensure that participants will acquire the practical “how-to” skills to design, conduct and evaluate tailor-made training and development programmes for their staff.
