LECTURER
Ross Hui currently serves as the Head of Remuneration and Planning for the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. Prior to this role, Ross led the Asia Pacific Total Rewards function at Moody’s. He brings a wealth of practical experience in Human Resources Management (HRM) and HR Analytics, gained from his tenure at esteemed organizations such as GE, AIG, the Securities and Futures Commission, Shell, TE Connectivity, and the South China Morning Post Group.
Ross is proficient in process reengineering and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, highlighting his commitment to efficiency and operational excellence. He is also a Chartered Public Accountant (ACCA) and has extensive experience as a corporate trainer, certified to conduct various in-house and external training programmes.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, a Master of Science in Data Science and Statistics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy, and a Master of Arts in Gender Studies, all awarded by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Additionally, he has completed an Artificial Intelligence Program at CUHK with distinction. Ross also holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy awarded by University of London.
