Overview
Problems happen every day. The art of making a sound decision is a vital skill in any organizations, particularly for supervisors and those in leadership positions. Problem solving is an analytical process used to identify the possible solutions to the situation at hand. Whereas decision-making, on the other hand, requires you to make choices or to choose between options. You may need to make many decisions as part of the problem-solving process.
This workshop aims at understanding the specific steps in problem-solving and decision-making. Participants will be able to make logical decisions by identifying the problem, gathering information, creating possible solutions, narrowing down the options, selecting the optimal solution and evaluating the outcome.
