Participants will understand how to be aware of their own emotions, how to regulate them and identify emotions of others. Building a great relationship at the workplace involves both an art and science. Participants will discover their sub personalities and learn how they can be compatible and ‘click’ with others. They will be able to assess why people behave the way they do and how they can draw the best out from themselves and others. Equipped with this knowledge, participants will begin to adopt an Empathetic mindset, manage negative emotions and succeed in the workplace.
