Introduction
This programme shall highlight the key elements in business digital transformation that will cover digital cultural building, organization & business model reform, digital technology ecosystem, critical digital marketing strategies and tactics focusing on social, mobile, technology and cloud. Some successful business digital transformation cases will also be shared during the lectures.
