Coaching is one of the essential skills on enhancing people performance in both business and NGO sectors. Coaches or supervisors play the role of sounding board to reflect the feeling, thought and behaviour of the coachees to identify their aspiration in achieving their personal goals as well as the organizational objective.

This training workshop is customized for NGOs which covers core people management techniques, giving performance feedback, using different coaching models, coaching cross-generation, and examining challenging scenarios. The ultimate goal is to provide a variety of practical skills for the participants to aware their coaching / management style and be competent to make use of coaching in enhancing performance.
