The prevalent health crisis has brought challenges to various industries, yet it has also accelerated changes in training and
development. Organizations now rely heavily on innovation and technology, thus has hastened the development of virtual
training. The pandemic has also prompted training professionals to be agile in adapting to changes and be continuously
passionate at their work.

By connecting HR professionals with unwavering commitment and passion, the Award for Excellence in Training and
Development serves as an excellent platform for the exchange of best practices over the past three decades. The Award
has also honoured and acknowledged outstanding organizations and individuals in training and development over the
years. I sincerely congratulate all Campaign and Individual Awards winners for their remarkable achievements.

The great success of the Award is due to the support and dedication of various parties. I would like to extend my sincere
appreciation to my fellow members of the Organizing Committee for their devotion and time. I am also very grateful for
the Panel of Adjudicators and the Board of Examiners for their valuable contributions; and my special gratitude goes to the
generous support of all the Sponsors.

Finally, I wish to thank The Honourable Wong Kam-sing GBS JP, Secretary for the Environment of the Government of the
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, for being the Guest of Honour of the Award Presentation Ceremony.
