Traditionally, the assortment of competitive pricing, high-quality services and innovative products are key ingredients to build
a brand. With technological advancement, the ability to build better connections with the target customers in an authentic and
responsive way through omni-channel customer experience has become another core element of branding.
The HKMA/TVB Awards for Marketing Excellence celebrate the remarkable work of marketing elites, who always stand at the
forefront to innovate, lead and adapt to the dynamic business environment. I would like to wholeheartedly congratulate all the
awardees for their perseverance in striving for breakthroughs.
On behalf of the Association, I would like to extend my grateful thanks to our dedicated Panel of Judges and Board of Examiners,
for their wisdom and energy in the stringent judging process. I would also like to express my special gratitude to Mr S K Cheong,
as well as his fellow members of the Organizing Committee and the Nomination Committee for making the Award such a great
success.
I would also like to extend my utmost gratitude to Television Broadcasts Limited for its continuous support for the Awards over the
last three decades. We are also very appreciative of the generosity of this year’s Special Awards Title Sponsors, Corporate Sponsors
